Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting activities associated with the hiring needs of the Corporate Functions at Albemarle, primarily in APAC. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with hiring managers at all levels of the organization and as the primary point of contact for staffing activities in the HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other support functions. At the core, this role will be responsible for driving positive candidate and hiring manager experiences and creating a strong Albemarle employer brand in the market.

Responsibilities

•Full ownership of corporate recruiting demands within the functions

•Sets sourcing strategies with HR and Hiring Managers

•Manages sourcing strategy using various sourcing techniques to find candidates

•Acts as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers in all recruitment activities

•Primary interface with external and internal candidates

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field

•5+ years of recruiting experience at various levels of an organization

•Experience with various recruiting platforms, skills and techniques

•Experience in the Chemicals, Mining, or Manufacturing industries preferred
