JOB PURPOSE:

As a key member of CoE – TAS(Center of Excellence - Talent Acquisition & Staffing), this position is Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contractor). The position is responsible for end to end hiring process (from hiring request confirmed to candidate pre-onboarding). The position is individual contributor role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for shortened lead time, improved job-person match.

• Build effective relationship with line managers and HRBP by proactive communication and strong customer service.

• Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan, and get involved in Function‘s headcount planning as early as possible.

• Record recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required.

• This person may be assigned to some recruitment related projects.

• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.

• Either in-house HR (with a focus on recruitment) experience or search firm/RPO on-site experience

• Strong communication abilities

• Project design, management and implementation skills

• Language skill: fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and in writing

• Computer skill: a good user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
