As our Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech), you'll helping define recruitment strategies and take lead in all tech hiring across SE Asia.
Talent Acquisition vision: to be the end to end partners for our business stakeholders in the process of finding and pipelining talent that takes honestbee to the next phase of the company's development; to provide a candidate experience that positively surprises them; and create the employer brand that helps honestbee become the employer of choice to candidates not just in SE Asia, but across the world.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for the Tech (Engineering, Product and Experience Design) team in Taiwan
• Work closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience
• Enhance involvement in industry related events and thought-leadership discussions
• Establishing trust based relationships with all the stakeholders in the Tech team across the region
• Supporting with ad-hoc recruitment projects/events and other administrative duties
• Maintaining data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years of in-house recruitment or recruitment agency experience as a Tech Recruiter
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
• Good problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Curious about the technology and keen attitude to learn and keep up with the latest trend in the market
• Sense of urgency, grit and ability to bounce back from failure and not give up.
• Ability to focus on solutions rather than what's not working.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
• Possess positivity and enthusiasm in what you do
• Solid understanding of working within the Asian cultural-sphere.
• Positive attitude and a strong team player
• Self-starter who can operate in an ambiguous environment
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse or other recruitment ATS

This role is only open to candidates who are currently based in Taiwan.
