Job Description

  • Understand hiring needs, position request to identify hiring channel and post the position effectively and efficiently.

  • Manages full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.

  • Close interaction with line management on hiring process.

  • Maintain & proactively broaden company hiring channels to ensure hiring efficiency in line with business needs.

  • Conduct talent needs analysis in accordance with company business strategy.

  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required

  • Set-up and maintain internal & external talent database.

  • Responsible in meeting the target of recruitment plan upon business needs.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5+ years of directly related experience.
  • Good professional working knowledge of talent acquisition in manufacturing and R&D function is desired
  • Good computer skills, skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Maturity and professionalism – ability to handle confidential, sensitive and personnel related information appropriately
  • Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail, strong follow up skills
  • Strong customer service focus at all levels, with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent Team spirit, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills for external and internal contacts
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and willing to learn fast and be proactive
