Responsibilities:

Recruit 5 to 10 streamers per month interested in joining our agency.

Evaluate and select creators with strong potential for growth on TikTok LIVE.

Organize battles and special live events among the recruited streamers.

Maintain constant communication with the Operations Manager to coordinate training sessions, promotions, and content strategies.

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment, influencer marketing, or community management.

Good knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Telegram).
