Job Description
- Consulting of the relevant hiring managers in all recruiting-relevant topics (coordination of interviews, first candidate calls, follow ups, condition calls)
- Support all organizational topics to ensure the best candidate experience
- Ensure a perfect communication between internal departments and our external agencies and partners
- Together with the executives and your HR colleagues, you will work on projects focused on constantly improving our internal and external processes
- You will independently drive employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, university cooperations and online reviews
