At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. For this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. We develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). But our contribution to MBOS, the future of car software at Mercedes-Benz, does not stop here. We are also developing a platform for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and create connected mobility experiences – for instance with our development of the MercedesMe companion app.

About the role

• Consulting of the relevant hiring managers in all recruiting-relevant topics (coordination of interviews, first candidate calls, follow ups, condition calls)


• Support all organizational topics to ensure the best candidate experience


• Ensure a perfect communication between internal departments and our external agencies and partners


• Together with the executives and your HR colleagues, you will work on projects focused on constantly improving our internal and external processes


• You will independently drive employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, university cooperations and online reviews.
