In your role as Recruiter (f/m/d), you support to ensure recruiting while fostering positive customer and candidate experiences and contributing to Siemens’ diversity, equity, and inclusion targets. To stand out in this role, you'll listen carefully to our customers and anticipate their needs before they even know them. You will use your skills to create engaging job postings, utilize market insights and proactively engage with passive candidates. In addition, you will partner closely with experienced colleagues to develop strategies to attract the most suitable candidates. You will also be an active contributor to our own team’s culture transformation journey. With your talent, you provide the best class service to our internal Siemens customers, helping them to find the best talents in Germany and beyond. Your experience and knowledge will allow you to have a say in how you do your role. As Recruiter (f/m/d), you support our Hiring Managers within the entire recruiting process. In particular, you will: Be the first contact person for our candidates. Keep an eye on our high professional standards to deliver the best-in-class candidate experience. Closely collaborate with your team to develop and implement business specific Recruiting activities. Act as trend scout and stay up to date on the latest recruiting trends, market developments and innovative recruiting approaches. Utilize data and market insights as a basis for your recruitment strategy. Support in complex TA projects, both on a local and a global level. What you need to make real what matters. A Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or in another relevant discipline. Initial experience in in-house and agency recruitment, Active Sourcing experience is nice to have. Good knowledge of HR methodology (Selection of Personnel and interview techniques) Strong collaboration skills across all involved parties within TA, HR and key business partners. A can-do mentality, high-quality standards and a strong customer orientation. Contributing with fresh ideas, willingness to learn, fostering diversity and contributing to an adaptive culture in our team in Germany. Business fluency in German and English.
