Job Description:
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by helping with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates. This is a remote, part-time position offering flexibility in working hours. You will assist in ensuring a smooth recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
1.Assist in posting job listings across various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.)
2.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3.Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and answer inquiries
4.Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets
5.Help manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
6.Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve hiring processes and strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (online recruitment experience preferred)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools and systems
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
Previous experience working in a remote team environment
