Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Map technical talent for all relevant roles across Greater China to build a strong
technical candidate database utilizing all tools available, including internal databases, search engines, external networks, social media groups, and internal referrals to find talent of all levels, skillsets and experience
- Source and engage relevant technical candidates to elevate brand externally across China
- Assess candidate qualifications to determine viability in meeting minimum and preferred qualifications based on specific role criteria
- Conduct phone interviews with relevant candidates using G’s hiring process. Provide an efficient and high touch experience for every candidate
- Prep candidates for interviews
- Set up and manage batch interview or interview process as appropriate
- Perform meet and greets with candidates and manage candidate interviewing process to ensure a positive experience
- Ensure seamless transition of candidate to recruiter
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (recruiters, interviewers) while managing candidate
- Adhere 100% to processes and systems
Qualification:
- Strong oral / written English and Chinese bilingual skills
- Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
- Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong academic record (Masters preferred) and demonstrated strong work ethic
- Solid understanding of the internet and online sourcing skills (e.g., how to navigate social
media sites) & other parts of recruitment life cycle
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Good understanding of the importance of data integrity
