Description


The Recruiting Manager is responsible for executing the hiring strategies pertaining to recruitment in Xuzhou and Qingdao. This person will partner with business units to ensure the timely filling of positions through excellent sourcing, candidate pipeline building and communications with hiring managers, recruitment staff and candidates when necessary. In addition, the Recruiting Manager will lead initiatives and utilize recruitment best practices to ensure compliance with global recruiting team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead recruitment initiatives and strategies to fulfil Core Industries China hiring requirement.
  • Manage the recruitment team to specific KPI metrics focused on recruitment.
  • Create an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience as it pertains to the recruiting process.
  • Maintain regular contact with all recruitment stakeholders to be familiar with and advise on workforce planning and other recruitment/talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain sound customer relationship
  • Manage technical school relationship, outside vendors assisting with sourcing, 3rd party recruitment or other vendor relationships pertaining to recruitment.
  • Lead the sourcing efforts to set up talent pipeline, execute recruiting process excellence to meet business needs and expectations.
  • Lead recruiting project to get continuous improvement
  • Support campus recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5 years or above experience in HR area.
  • Good command of English both oral and written, proficient PC skills, especially Excel, PPT.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer focus and organisation skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.

Desired

  • 5 years or above experience in recruiting area
  • Proven team leadership and people management competencies, also of remote teams across multiple sites.
  • Excellent supervisory and management experience in the recruitment field.
  • Proficiency with recruitment metrics and understanding how to interpret key metrics for process improvement and personnel management.
