Job Description
Recruiting Manager
Responsibilities:
l  Recruiting (55%)
Ø  Mange and implement recruiting strategies and plans;
Ø  Staffing plan: Work closely with every BU and line manager to evaluate recruiting plan and drive talent development realization;
Ø  Recruiting process management: In charge of whole recruiting process: job posting, CV screening, interview, candidate assessment, selection advice, reference check and offering, etc.;
Ø  Keep improving recruitment efficiency through tools and channel development, external & internal channels optimization;
Ø  Cost controlling: use the monthly, quarterly, yearly budget effectively;
Ø  Keep eyes on design market trending as to develop solutions to promote organization competition to target candidates
Ø  Talent Pool: Plan and implement training & development programs and processes to meet both short term and long term business needs & talent deployment;
Ø  Foreign staff recruitment, especially in Industrial designer, Graphic designer, and Structure engineer position;
Ø  In charge of whole process of overseas campus recruiting.
 
l  Employee Relations (20%)
Ø  Provides professional support of employees in difficult situation;
Ø  Employee engagement: build up employee caring system in every time node from employee induction, probation, to resignation;
Ø  Investigation of employees’ job satisfaction, and maintain the healthy employee relations. 
 
l  HR Management & Strategy (20%)
Ø  Assist to model and maintain organizational culture;
Ø  Assist to develop HR policies in line with company’s strategy;
Ø  Drive people initiatives with strong communication skills, coaching and influencing, and offer thought-leadership regarding organizational/people related strategy and transition planning & execution.
 
l  Branding (5%)
Ø  Cooperate with marketing department to develop brand communication (CBD & PinVita);
Ø  Cooperate with marketing department to conduct events and functions.
 
Plus:
Responsibility:
• Will team with other functions throughout the organization to support the overall direction and growth of the company

• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that ensure a proactive flow of quality candidates for positions in design area, Manage recruiting strategies, processes, procedures.

• Work with management to determine staffing requirements

• Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review process and work with management to ensure the process is meaningful and to ensure objective appraisals are written

• Conduct exit interviews and utilize the information to identify issues and make recommendations

• Identify employee relations issues and take appropriate action to avoid problems or maximize opportunities by working with management to effectively resolve employees relations issues and to develop performance improvement plans when necessary

• Responsible for the administration of all HR functions, including: recruiting, payroll, benefits, and compensation along with other generalist duties in a design industry

• Build cross-functional and cross-organizational policies to foster knowledge sharing and transfer of best practices

• Developing and implementing best-practice HR process and operations with regard to organizational planning, performance management, recruiting, and successful planning

• Utilize and enhance HR information system to ensure fairness of compensation practices

• Manage international recruiting strategies, processes, procedures, systems and programs

• Work with senior management team in identifying, describing and communicating corporate objectives and goals

• Continue the development of flexible policy and guidelines in the areas of staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR information systems and education

Personal Requirements:
• At least 5 years experiences in multi-cultural environment. 
• European people is preferred,and people must be in Beijing. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work
