Airbnb Recruiting is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to work on key operational processes and programs within the Recruiting Operations team. This person will execute key operational processes; they will also work closely with the broader Recruiting Strategy & Operations (RSO) organization to deliver projects and programs that increase efficiency and consistency, create or refine processes, manage knowledge and help us become a more process & data-driven team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the RSO Leadership team to drive the execution of operating objectives
• Ensure timely, accurate and clear reporting and change management for all current programs, operating objectives
• Partner with the RSO team to define scope for new operating needs
• Manage, inform and monitor stakeholders, resources and support for ongoing work
• Delegate and leverage the broader RC & Operations team to see projects through to completion
• Representative work may include but not limited to:
• Core Values Interviewer Program Operations 
• Technical Interviewer Program Operations; supporting interviewer onboarding, training and quality assurance 
• Data Integrity tracking and reporting 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Recruiting Operations role
• 1+ year of experience creating, implementing programs from end-to-end
• Deep knowledge of the recruiting function and programs
• Able to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work under timelines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while driving results
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and communicate change to general audiences
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for candidate experience
• BA/BS degree
