KEY OBJECTIVE:
Partnering with recruiters to recruit top talent on a national basis in a professional, cost effective and timely manner either on assignment or project basis.
To attract, source, screen and select candidates via various channels to meet with the hiring needs of a broad range of internal clients within Oracle global, mainly focus at Oracle Sales and Marketing functions to support hiring needs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work together with Recruiters to handle sourcing and selection of candidates to meet with agreed business needs,
2. Plan for the resourcing strategy, including identifying target company and candidates, direct approaching, coordinating other recruitment sourcing channel including advertising with social media, web 2.0 technology, job portal, Oracle candidate records, and personal networking
3. Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
4. Screen CVs and shortlist for interview; conducting competency based interviewing whenever practicable
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
1. University degree in a relevant discipline
2. At least 2 years' recruitment experience preferably from headhunting firm or IT industry
3. Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices preferred
4. Experience of Recruitment for IT industry domain an absolute advantage
5. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a good Team Player
6. Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin
8. Innovative approach to problem solving; result driven
9. Positive attitude to learn and adapt to changes, strong influencing skill with internal client.
10. Enthusiastic as a self-starter, be able to work under high pressure.
11. Independent performer, able to deliver results with minimum supervision
