Responsibilities:
1. Implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs and company policy, such as conducting, tracking the recruiting budget.
2. Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications.
3. Working with the recruiting manager for responding to the enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
4. Coach HR partners the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, net working, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings. Actively search/source candidates (incl. CV screening) to provide shorter list for line managers.
5. Actively provide consultation for recruiting managers about the recruitment strategy if necessary.

6. Consistent utilization of E-recruiting in whole recruiting lifecycle.

7. Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability

8. Initiatively support Regional HR manager to collect the talent market intelligence in certain industry, e.g. ramp up plan, employer branding, campus recruiting etc

9. Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects

10. Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
11. Maintain hiring requests report and keep updating regularly
12. Analyze recruitment channel effectiveness.
13. Be response for campus recruitment activities.
14. Compilation of HR recruitment statistics
Knowledge:

1. Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills)

2. Basic knowledge on labor market trends

3. Knowledge of HR related policies and laws. Understand business model (grasps the fundamental concepts of the business offering and the environment within which it operates)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in English, International Trade or Human Resource

2. At least 3 years' HR recruitment experience, in multinational companies is preferred

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Good analytical ability and business sense

5. Good English communication skill, both written and spoken

6. Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention

7. Outgoing and responsive

8. Self-motivated with good team spirit

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
