Job Duties:
Identify qualified and suitable talent, delivering professional services in recruitment, meeting internal customer needs, and complying with hiring policies and processes
Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition, needs identification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools with the focus on direct sourcing
Manage all aspects of the sourcing, interviewing and hiring process
Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trend, compensation and benefits
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree
Minimum 2 years solid recruitment experience, consulting/ market research/ investment industry recruiting experience is preferred
Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
Good negotiation and conflict management skills
