Job Description
1. Responsibilities for recruitment of assigned positions independently, make sure the recruitment processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

2. Analyst data and implement process improvements across the recruitment function.

3. Partner with all departments to drive HR strategies and implement HR programs.

4. Develop and maintain varieties of recruitment channels.

5. HR reporting and system maintenance.

6. Other jobs assigned by line manager.


【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in related recruitment experience.

3. Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes.

4. Strong sense of responsibilities, excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.

5. Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skill.
