In charge of the recruitment of all level positions in China
Work with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description;
Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
Design & facilitate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Prepare interview report and evaluation report;
Develop talent assessment tool and improve recruitment process;
