Job Description

Key Accountabilities/Duties

1. Propose annual recruitment plan according to HC budget.

2. Release recruitment information through internal and external channels, develop and maintain good relationship with vendors.

3. Talent research, assessment and selection through CV collection and interviews, partner with line managers to identify suitable talents according to the job requirements.

4. Organize or participate in recruitment activities such as campus recruitment, job fair etc.

5. Report and analyze recruitment status periodically, propose action plan according to the result of analysis.

7. Monitor performance management process including global PMP exercise, performance improvement plan etc.

8. Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above;

2. More than 5 years working experience in HR area, with focus on recruitment function;

3. Good English language skills;

4. Knowledge of market employment and development trends, labor markets and competitors;

5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills;

6. Flexibility to manage multi-tasks.

7. Leadership and management experiences;

8. The campus recruiting experience
