Our Talent Coordinator is a critical partner that works closely with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers and Candidates in support of our fast-paced organization to maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the main hub of the daily operations of our end-to-end staffing process, from a requisition posting to a new employee's first day of work

What you will do:
Responsibilities/Duties (will include but not be limited to):
- Work closely with Recruiters, Sourcers and Hiring Managers to support recruiting process
- Responsible of the efficient process execution and transaction support for other stakeholders in compliance with the Talent Acquisition guidelines
- Maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Offer development and delivery support

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
- You must possess or be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related process-oriented field of study.
- 2+ years of experience in Administrative Support Roles in lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica..

Work Model for this Role
