This is your role. What part will you play? We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our HR team for a 6-month contract in Sydney. Key to this role will be to provide recruitment administrative support in our fast-paced recruitment function focused on project recruitment administration. It’s a 6-month contract based in our Sydney CBD office. You will be responsible for: Reviewing, drafting and advertising the positions in the system. Setting up the interviews liaising with hiring managers and candidates. Conducting medical checks and candidate pre-hire administration Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and support to ensure a seamless candidate onboarding. Drafting employment contracts and new hire data entry Use your skills to move the world forward. You have worked in fast-paced recruitment delivery environment with tight timelines You are methodical, a great collaborator with excellent communication skills who thrive in a self-directed environment You are highly organised with great sense of responsibility and drive. You are well acquainted with MS Office, and other IT tools.
