Eaton’s Global Talent and Learning organization is currently seeking a University Relations Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be based at our Beachwood OH, facility. Position Overview: In this role, you will help to develop and implement recruitment strategies throughout North America for early talent hiring. The University Relations Recruiting Specialist will partner with campus managers and field HR to own the front end of the campus recruiting process, onboarding and candidate experience with Eaton for Intern, Co-Op and full-time early talent roles. The incumbent will be a member of the boarder Early Talent team which is responsible for all Early Talent programs within the U.S. and supports Eaton’s growth strategy by ensuring a high-quality, diverse, sustainable pipeline of talent to meet current and future business needs. In this function you will: Support recruitment of high-volume early talent level positions in a fast-paced environment Be responsible for partnering with Global Back Office support team for efficient and accurate execution of recruitment process and onboarding Partner with Program Manager, Diversity Recruitment to source, screen and engage candidates from all annual national diversity conferences Assist in preparing trainings for both internal Eaton team and external campus presentations Bring creativity and strategic thought to support the develop recruiting plans and process efficiencies leveraging the available technology Attend and participate in campus recruitment events as needed Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 1 year work experience in customer service, human resources, talent acquisition Preferred qualifications: Experience in HR, talent acquisition, early talent, or university career services Experience working with OFCCP hiring policies and guidelines Previous experience with applicant tracking systems Position Criteria: Demonstrated project management skills and a detail-oriented approach to work Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations Maintain relationships with business partners by building personal credibility and trust through interactions Ability to self-motivate and self-direct; possess strong time management and organizational skills. Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices.
