Job Description:

Internship and Headhunting Business
 Data entry
 Arrange interviews , explaining the program to students over phone or face to face
 Follow payment
 After arrival issues
 Intern relation management
 Handle complaint
 Write JDs for internships & headhunting position
 Any other unexpected issues both outside and inside the office
 Maintaining contact with signed applicants and monitoring them throughout the process.
 Collect testimonials from interns
 Organizing event when necessary
 Marketing Promotion, brand building , social media management
 Advertising ： world widely searching website to post for both internship and headhunting position
 Article writing : part of PR this is , to promote YCC
 Client visiting
 Headhunting section : Recruitment consultant ( short listing, interview candidate,Searching candiate )

Requirement
 University degree, majored in Human Resources, Business Management, media or any other related subject.
 English Native speaker preferred but not compulsory.
 Clear, spoken English and high literacy is mandatory.
 Can start immediately.
 Customer service, sales, or interpersonal communication experience is favoured.
 Flexible with working hours, okay for some unpaid overtime work , even on weekends sometimes , but not often
