Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Executive Search- Implement search strategy to find gifted talents and executives.
Interview the talented individuals, provide career advice, discuss potential opportunities, and retain the relationships.

Account Management :
-Understand the specific talent needs and gaps in the clients’ organizations and provide market intelligence advice and solutions.-

• Assess the hiring requirements of each assignment from the clients, conduct the recruitment strategy, and fulfill within the required time frame.

Business Development:

• Develop the potential clients and business opportunities with the understanding of the market and industry trend.

Requirements:

Must Have-

• Possess a diploma or equivalent academic degrees.
• At least 3 years of experiences in the sales, account management, recruitment related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken in English Organized, self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Nice to Have-

• From a specific industry (e.g. IT, semiconductor, manufacturing... ) is a plus.
• From specific functions (e.g. sales, account/ project manager, technical recruiter) is a plus.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
