Job Description

1. Provide HR Consulting services including talent acquisition, talent management & development, career transition management, new business unit/plant startup, etc.
2. Manage accounts and ensure effective service delivery in order to generate positive results for client to return.
3. Conduct and prepare Position Profile Reports (PPR) for clients' approval.
4. Source for best-fit candidates locally and regionally* through thorough interviews and reference checks.
5. Prepare Candidate Profile Report (CPR).
6. Conduct and lead in CPR presentation.
7. Provide professional consultation on employment markets.
8. Manage expectation of clients and candidates to close assignment successfully and expeditiously.
9. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
10. Collect AR.
11. Follow up closely with clients to secure return assignments.
12. Embrace and immense into the energy of making positive differences to everyone that crosses your path and travel this path from inner-positiveness.
13. Practise and inculcate the company 6 core values: Integrity, Gratitude, Loyalty, Strive for betterment, Adjustment & Assimilation, Harmony & Humility.
14. Collaborate strongly with other groups in achieving Total Groups' objectives.
