Top Pool, focus on human capital services, recruitment is one of our business lines and we are looking for an experienced consultant to developing and expanding the recruitment business.  

 The applicant should:

•  University graduated or above in business or related subject
• 2+ years in recruitment field, with sales and marketing skill to establish long term relationship with clients plus confident to do business development.
• Prior experience in Health & Beauty, Accounting and Finance is definite advantage.
• Presentable with good language capabilities in English, Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for search assignments from start to end for clients/companies.
• Obtaining a good understanding of clients’ requirements, source and approach prospective candidates and conduct initial screening, assessments and in-depth interviews of potential candidates to compile a shortlist of suitable candidates for each assignment.
• Establishing relationships with clients and candidates and building up a prospective network pipeline via cold calling, social platforms and industry forums.
• Handle the tasks of recruiting/headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates to match client requirements.
• At the same time, develop new client’s portfolio, cultivate long term and trustful relationships.

Requirements:

• University graduated in business disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in Corporate Sales gained from sizable companies is highly preferred.
• Prior recruitment experiences in all levels of recruiting (such as : junior levels, middle levels, senior levels positions, etc. is an advantage).
• Presentable and should be passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious towards recruitment industry.
• Must be result-driven, highly-motivated person with positive thinking who is able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of client servicing and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
