Job Description
Responsibilities

a)Business Development
* Identify, develop and implement strategies that consolidate and develop the business and maximize revenue from this activity

b)Client Management
* Initiate, maintain and develop relationships with organizations with the aim of them becoming fee-paying clients and managing the relationship thereafter
* Have an understanding of organizational needs, delivering results to fulfill those needs and adapting personal style to suit the style of the client

c)Assignment Management
* Effectively manage the client and candidate during the assignment process
* Serves as a link between the candidate and the client with the aim of bringing the two parties together in a solution to their mutual satisfaction
* Responsible for leveraging assignments to build the candidate database in their area of specialization

d)Candidate Management
* Interact with applicants, assessing them with pre-determined criteria to determine potential suitability and feedback to them.
* Match the candidate's suitability with a desired position and their own preferences
* Maintain an ongoing communication with them outside of the assignment process
* Maintain the relationship with temporarily placed candidates to ensure the mutual satisfaction between the candidate and client after placement
* Regular contact to ensure strong relationship with the candidate and to secure their loyalty with A.S.E.

e)Systems and Operations
* Handle of all information, both manual and electronic, update, retrieve and process records to ensure accurate and up to date information is available, as well as recommending system improvements
* Organize work including planning, coordinating, delegating and doing a range of tasks, as well as time management of time, resources and priorities

f)People and Team
* Participate in activities and cooperation with colleagues to achieve the objectives of the team
* Network and share resources, information and potential business opportunities (passing of business leads)
* Train and coach juniors by demonstrating on-the-job assignments
* Contribute to the harmony and working conditions of the working environment. Honor and represent the company values

Requirements & Qualification
* 1-3 year’s recruitment or corporate HR experience in recruitment firm, training house or sales-oriented company
* Desire to take a challenging career in an entrepreneurial work environment
* Strong self-motivation and high energy level
* Multi-tasking capability and able to work under pressure
* Excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills
