Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain clients database through cold and warm calls
• Independently handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients' needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to match clients' job requirements
• Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients and business development / opportunities from new potential clients
• Deliver high quality recruitment consultancy and services to all new and existing clients
• Provide professional and consultative service to clients
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Proactively follow-up assignments to effectively fulfill deadlines and commitment
• Be able to communicate with clients in courtesy manner
  
  

Requirements:

• Driven by exceeding targets and confidence to undertake business development / opportunities mandate
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills and be able to provide advice to clients and candidates at all levels
• At least 5 years of solid HR or related experience
• Mature, stable, presentable, reliable and professional with good interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Versatile in using PC software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong execution ability with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Flexible working hour ( 2 - 3 work days per week)
• Candidates with immediate availability or short notice period will have priority
