The Job

• Due to business expansion, we are looking for several Recruitment Consultants to join our team.
• Recruitment Consultant- Responsible for accout servicing and handling recruitment assignments, new business development:
  • • Gathering job information and requirements from clients.
    • Sourcing candidates through job advertisements, research, networking, etc.
    • Screening and interviewing candidates
    • Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates
    • Warm/Cold call for new business opportunities
• 5 day work, Basic salary + Commission + Incentives for high performers

Requirements

• Full-time Degree holder with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience.
• Possess strong interest in the recruitment industry.
• Previous experience in business devleopment / customer services / client relationship management highly preferred.
• Enjoy working with people.
  Strong business acumen, outgoing, self-motivated, aggressive and confident
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Trainee Consultant / Researcher
