Pine Cliffs Resort is the leading and award-winning Luxury Resort in Europe, a hidden prime seafront location on the coastline of the Algarve, Portugal, owned by United Investments Portugal and managed by Marriott International.
It is an all integrated Complex / Resort with different options of accommodation including 3 Luxury Collection properties (Pine Cliffs Hotel, Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites & SPA, Pine Cliffs Residence) and 4 un-branded properties with a total of 800+ units, all managed by Marriott International.
The Resort offers extensive leisure facilities from sporting variety in the form of golf, tennis, paddle, football, pools and water sports, to culinary diversity, reflected in a range of international and local cuisines (11 outlets). From the 7000 square meters Porto Pirata, the children's village for younger guests, to Serenity Spa - The Art of Well Being, Hairstyle beauty salon, health club, shops and boutiques for holidaying adults and families.
In addition, Pine Cliffs Resort has the capacity to host groups up to 1.000 delegates, and offer an out of the box experience for them though the great variety of outdoor venues, the largest being 4,500m2 (48,437 ft2).
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Executive with minimum 2 years experience in the function.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES
• Support the recruitment service to all departments, filling positions on a timely basis.
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
• Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Organize, plan, program and conduct interviews, follow-up references and check information.
• Assess Candidates to ensure qualification match
• Present shortlists of candidates and provide details of the CV.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Preparing correspondence to the candidates regarding the applications, for the several status of the hiring process.
• Organize recruitment events in-house.
• Attend recruitment fairs / events in Europe.
• Develop partnership with hotel schools.
• Support trainees during VISA process, arrival, internship period and final evaluation.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources (Marriott website, Linkedin, Turijobs, etc.).
• Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
• Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Provide weekly updates to Head of Department regarding the recruitment status.
• Provide weekly update to HR Department about new hiring to ensure a smooth on boarding of new associates.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Availabilty for business trips within Europe.
