In this role you will be responsible for handling the recruitment activities, in Global Business Services in Shanghai, China. Reporting to the Talent Function Specialist, you will support promotions in the recruitment channel and social media.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting the talent partner to handle the recruitment activities
• Posting the job, CV screening, directly sourcing candidates, phone interviewing, data analyzing and maintaining regularly
• Supporting promotions in the recruitment channel and social media (WeChat, LinkedIn)
• Taking up other tasks assigned by talent partner

Your background

• Must have relevant experience in recruitment or marketing
• University students, no limited of major
• Good in communication and self-motivated
• Available to work at least 3 day a week
