Teacher Recruitment and Engagement Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct effective North American teacher sourcing.
2. Develop and explore targeted teacher recruitment channels to meet the business demand.
Job Requirements:
1. At least have 5-year marketing/BD experience in North America.
2. Strong ability to develop recruitment channel.
3. Project and program management experience strongly desired.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
5. The ability to work independently, and produce high quality results under tight deadlines.
6. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and collaboratively work with and/or lead cross-functional teams.
7. Must be detailed-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
8. Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic, and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds; both internally and externally.
9. Based in Beijing or cities in US east coast.
