Recruitment Manager

Job Description
1. Be in charge of the recruiting process for Renesola in European countries;
2. Sourcing and managing recruitment vendors and services;
3. Coordinate recruitment plans with Hiring Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of openings and quality of new hires;
4. Work as a bridge between head quarter and local branches in order to assure continuous communication;
5. Manage all recruitment channels effectively;
6. Keep staffing related expenses within budget;
Requirements
1. University degree;
2. 2 – 3 years of recruitmentexperience; experience in head hunting firms is an advantage;
3. Overseas recruiting experiences is preferred;
4. Open-minded, communicative, ready to take commitment and able to work independently;
5. Strong capability and willingness to handle multi-tasks;
6. English must be fluent;
7. German and Mandarin language are a plus.
