Job Description:

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment activities.
• Lead the Greater China recruitment team
• Develop the overall recruitment, implantation of the recruitment process and monitoring and evaluating of recruitment.
• Responsible for the recruitment the senior positions, including talent search, screening and interviewing
• Working closely with the business department to provide high quality recruitment consultant and services.
• Summarize and collect statistics on recruitment and complete the recruitment analysis report;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment consultancy firm
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skill 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player, outgoing and positive
