Job Description
1.Supervisesenthusiastsat the HR Office ensuring the department’s daily operation is running smoothly and team members discipline is adhered to.
督导人力资源部的员工的日常工作,以确保日常部门运作的顺利进行和员工纪律的正确实施。
2.Liaise with local government authorities regarding labor law, labor relations and arbitration cases.
和政府部门保持密切关系,及时更新在劳动法律、劳动关系和劳动仲裁方面的信息。
3.Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts forenthusiasts.
准备劳动合同相关的政策程序。
4.Develops and maintains anenthusiastrelations program, include social and sports activities, service award programs, and employee counseling to increaseenthusiast’s satisfaction.
建立并且发展员工关系系统以提高员工满意度,其中包括各项社会以及体育活动,服务奖项和员工咨询等。
5.Takes charge of recruitment according to hotel business requirement and the manning situation.
根据酒店的经营需要和人员现状,及时有效的完成招聘任务。

6.Handle the check in/out for Level8and aboveenthusiasts.

负责8级及以上员工入职和离职手续。

7.Supervises and checks all records on sick leave, medical expenses, misconduct and Personnel Action Form.
监督检查所有休假、医疗费用、违纪以及人员变动表格的正确管理和操作。
8.Supervises and support theHR supervisorto manage theenthusiastfacility.
指导人事主管管理好员工设施。

9.Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas andenthusiastareas, including, but not limited to, theenthusiastrestaurantand locker rooms.

保证工作区域及员工区域的安全及卫生,如员工餐厅、倒班宿舍等。

10.Supervises and support HRsupervisorcoordinatoratorployeeto keep the fluent and right operation on B&C.
指导人事部主管有条不紊的处理好所有员工薪酬福利方面的运作。
11.Ensures the security and confidentiality of the HR Department is strictly adhered to.
保证人力资源部严格遵守相关的保密政策。
12.Initiate any new and improved system/procedure to be implemented in order to upgrade all personnel filing system and records.
推动新政策程序以及系统的实施,以更新人事的存档系统和人事相关的各类档案。
13.Handle arbitration cases to protect hotel’s benefits.
处理员工仲裁以及法律案件确保酒店形象利益不受损害。
14.Handleenthusiast’s complaint and communicate with the other department.
有效处理员工投诉并和各部门沟通解决。
15.Take charge of HR Audit to arrive the budget and to standardize HR’s operation.
全面负责人力资源部的考核,并将人力资源部的工作逐步体系化规范化。

1.Fluent in written and spoken English.

英文书写及口语流利。

2.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

良好口头及书面沟通技巧。

3.Good relationship with the local labor bureau and government agencies.

与本地劳动局及政府机关保持良好关系。

4.Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws.

熟悉国家及本地法律。

5.Thorough knowledge of salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll.

熟悉掌握工资、聘用及福利管理技巧。

6.Must possess basic computational ability.
