Position:Recruitment Specialist
Location:Shanghai, Changning District
Travelling:Seldom
Salary:Negotiable

Work Environment
The ideal candidate will work with an experienced international team with colleagues in 21 different countries. The Shanghai office is located in the Changning District, near Jiangsu Road subway station (Line 2, 11). The recruiting team is composed by both young and experienced staff coming from the most diversified backgrounds, dynamically supporting Renesola high demand of staff.
The successful candidate will receive appropriate training according to the experience.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Support the whole recruiting process in ReneSola foreign branches, especially in English speaking countries;
2. Coordinate recruitment plans with Hiring Mgrs to ensure timely fulfillment of openings and quality of new hires;
3. Facilitate the hiring process and final approval of new employee when required;
4. Drafting job descriptions.

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years working experience;
2. Experience in a recruiting firm will be preferred;
3. Native English speaker;
4. English fluent;
5. Open-minded, communicative, ready to take commitment and able to work independently;
6. Interested in developing a career as an HR;
7. Strong capability and willingness to handle multi-tasks.
