Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for the recruitment functions including recruitment channels exploration, job description compilation, screening and selection independently
- Perform other spectrum of HR functions including training & development, staff appraisal and staff relations
- Work closely with other function heads to review different recruitment strategies and manpower needs
- Assist to review, formulate and implement HR policies and operation procedures
- Prepare HR & management regular reports
- Assist other ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree Holder or above in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' human resources experience, preferably with strong practical experience in recruitment in sizable corporations
- Willing to take up ad-hoc assignment and good multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
