Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mainly responsible for the recruitment functions including recruitment channels exploration, job description compilation, screening and selection independently
  • Perform other spectrum of HR functions including training & development, staff appraisal and staff relations
  • Work closely with other function heads to review different recruitment strategies and manpower needs
  • Assist to review, formulate and implement HR policies and operation procedures
  • Prepare HR & management regular reports
  • Assist other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree Holder or above in Human Resources or other relevant discipline 
  • Minimum 5 years' human resources experience, preferably with strong practical experience in recruitment in sizable corporations 
  • Willing to take up ad-hoc assignment and good multi-tasking abilities 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing) 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
