Job Title: Au Pair Program Recruiter (Part-Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate, part-time recruiters to help us find and refer qualified candidates for our Au Pair Program in China. This is an excellent opportunity for university students or young professionals who are eager to engage in cross-cultural exchange and gain recruitment experience. The position offers flexible working hours and location, allowing you to work remotely and manage your own schedule while earning performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities:
• Source and refer potential Au Pairs (foreign students) interested in coming to China;
• Promote our program through social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook;
• Guide candidates through the application process and answer any inquiries they may have;
• Build and maintain positive relationships with referred candidates;

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Strong communication skills and a passion for cultural exchange;
• Ability to actively search for and engage potential Au Pairs;
• Proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for promotion and outreach;
• University students or young professionals preferred;
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently;

Compensation:
• No base salary, but you will earn performance-based bonuses for each successful Au Pair referral matched with a host family;
• Bonuses will vary depending on the length of the program;
• The more successful Au Pairs you refer and match with host families, the more bonuses you will receive, rewarding you for bringing more qualified candidates to the program;
• Additional rewards may be provided based on your individual performance;
