Intel is hiring a Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing Lead for the Greater Asia Region. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in Intel's future success.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about campaign tactics, employer branding, content creation, storytelling that will have a significant contribution to always-on pipeline building. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a related role (for example Talent Acquisition, Marketing Campaigns, Advertising, Social Media, Employer Brand, Corporate Brand Marketing)
• Experience in media buying, campaign management, agency management
• Social media expertise including content development, best practices, community management, and data analytics

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing marketing campaigns on job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, Jobstreet etc.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
• Employer brand, talent attraction, or recruiting expertise
