Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Manager

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for creating talent pipelines for hourly and management level roles. You will monitor and track candidate flow across all Accor channels while proactively looking for gaps in candidate flow.
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing strategy as well as assist with the execution of the Accor global employer branding strategy to attract high caliber candidates.
- Plan & manage recruitment campaigns through Phenom CRM and other technology, newsletters as well as design and plan recruiting events throughout the NCA, including campus events
- Track, measure and report on campaign results as well as create monthly reports on key recruitment metrics
- Responsible for the creation and execution of a robust social media recruitment strategy in partnership with our social media team
- Assist with the creation and execution of a Global Brand Ambassador program
- Oversee the Accor company career page for the NCA and create engaging job descriptions
- Manage and create new Accor partnerships, attend industry related events aligned to our partnerships and goals as well as be most effective to identify new talent
- Manage optimization of sourcing tools and technologies for best results to include maintenance of CRM best practices and integrity
- Ability to manage a bench of open requisitions for our HUB openings
- Partner with Regional and Directors of Talent & Culture (HR) to suggest new & creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
Your experience and skills include:
- Experience in a similar role in-house or agency
- A deep understanding of setting up, tracking and delivering successful marketing, social media & recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of how to optimize targeting, reach, reporting and efficiency of campaigns
- Experience sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting
- Experience with Phenom, LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Jobbing, and other job boards.
- A natural collaborator, fast and organized thinker, and multi-tasker
- Ability to think methodically and see the big picture within the details
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
Your team and working environment:
- Based at the North & Central America Regional Office in Toronto, Ontario or Remote Office in Canada or the US, this position is part of the NCA Regional Talent & Culture team
