The role is part of an EMEA Recruitment Marketing Team, which is part of the broader talent organization. The team is focusing on building and executing talent attraction strategies to find, attract and hire the talent needed by Intel to support technology and product roadmap growth. The broad expertise of the team spans from digital and social media marketing, event management, university relations, employee referral to advocacy programs. Due to the increasing needs of the business we have the opportunity to welcome an additional person to join our team and support us with three key areas: Digital marketing, University Engagement and Events.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work on:
- Digital campaigns - creation, setup, execution, monitoring and evaluation of social media and digital campaigns (with support of our media agency)
- Tracking KPI’s of campaigns, benchmarking, reporting and sharing best practices from the social media and digital marketing areas with the broader team
- Design & co-ordinate virtual and F2F events to build brand awareness and generate a pipeline of interested candidates
- Build relationships with universities and manage various methods of interaction with students such as events, career fairs, e-mail marketing, etc.
- Execute various promotional activities to encourage employees to refer their friends to job opportunities as part of our employee referral programme
- Ideate and propose new ways of building brand awareness and generating talent pipeline to support hiring needs
- Content creation (e-mail, static, video, podcast, blog, etc.) in collaboration with internal designers, copywriters & external creative agency
- Management of the selection, payment, renewal, advertising and vendor management associated with job boards for promotion of our job opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in at least one of the following fields: digital marketing, social media, recruitment marketing or employer branding
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience with planning, commissioning, executing & reporting of the following: paid search, social media & digital campaigns
- Excellent German AND English (ideally native level)
- Proactive attitude & ability to use own initiative
- Project management and time management skills
- A strong communicator and influencer who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders
- Passionate about marketing - deep understanding of the ecosystem and the latest developments and best practices
- Desire to learn about recruitment marketing and work on the wider responsibilities of the role as outlined in the previous section

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
