Key Accountabilities 

• On-site recruitment for frontline positions in a happy working environment
• Recommend various recruitment posting channels to reach out to the target candidates
• Report recruitment progress on a regularly basis and develop action plan to achieve target
• Act as ambassador to promote our jobs on-site to potential candidates
• Assist in supporting different job fairs and recruitment events
• Support Operations team on staff retention activities

Key Requirement / Competencies 

• DSE graduate or above;
• Over 3 years of recruiting experience, exposure in F&B or Retail recruitment is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Accountable, self-discipline and multi-tasking;
• Passionate in people and a good listener
• Candidate with less experience will offer Assistant Officer position
• This position will be considered to convert to permanent role if performance is satisfactory
