Job Description
Head of Recruitment Operations (Allegis RPO Operations) will be responsible for the overall recruitment service delivery across China, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive the recruitment processes which include talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all the related responsibilities. The position involves the full range of business services that span day to day recruitment activities to participation in longer-range strategic initiatives, such as organizational change, department staff planning, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting across China Markets, managing a team of 12-15 for all recruitment activities
- Handling positions from entry to mid-senior level across LOB’s
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle right from sourcing to candidate onboarding
- Providing market intelligence to stakeholders/hiring leaders and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles Identifying future talent needs and leading the team to proactively source and recruit for developing the quality talent pool
- Responsible for developing recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Ensuring that the hiring targets are met within the specified SLA’s by maintaining turnaround time and source mix
- Responsible for managing and maintaining profitability for the respective LOB To ensure that the team is proactively staffed to capacity at all times to meet the business demands
- Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels.
- Full life cycle of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated ability to deliver customized strategies.
- Taking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive or negative situation.
- Understanding our hiring leaders’ needs and delivering value by creating right the solutions
- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
- Responsible for deploying sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for Niche hiring across all levels Interaction with Business Head to discuss the requirement plan and device the action plan.
- Sourcing best talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and Employee Referral Program& Internal job posts.
- Client Relationship Management/stakeholder management.
- Strategizing Hiring requirements according to client's demands and ensuring that their needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
Qualifications
- Graduate with 10-12+ years of talent acquisition experience with Marketing & Branding, Product Development (Membership & Rewards)
- Ideal candidate should be persuasive, influencing, outspoken, subject matter expertise with excellent Business Acumen
- Candidate with hiring experience would be preferred Demonstrated prior ability to hire, IT, Banking, Insurance, Automobile Industry would be preferred
- Excellent Executive presence with excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to formulate customized sourcing strategies as per changing business demands & trends
- Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders including Hiring Leaders Financial acumen Analytical bent of mind and proficient with Microsoft excel
- Good Presentation skills Proven ability to multitask and manage many projects/tasks at the same time
- Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver to client timelines Flexibility to travel across centers and locations
