We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Manager who will design and implement effective sourcing strategies to support nearly 2k hires across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a driven and proactive recruitment sourcing leader who is comfortable managing, developing, and growing a team of 10-15 direct reports. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the recruitment sourcing skills, expertise, and passion to teach and coach direct reports to effectively search for a variety of (mostly) technical and non-technical profiles, across all possible hire types.
You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to:
Manage, motivate and lead a recruitment sourcing team.
Build and develop best-in class sourcing team members.
Develop your sourcing team through motivation, coaching, and sourcing knowledge education.
Set measurable and obtainable performance goals that support the team's sourcing strategy.
Review progress against goals and solve any issues/roadblocks if any.
Capacity mapping of the sourcers - Assign requisitions to sourcers based on job profiles, sourcer capability and capacity. Monitor weekly and make changes as needed.
Coach team on how to Build and Manage Always On Pipelines (AOP) - Ensuring a strong pipeline is built for the critical & always-on hiring profiles.
Optimize external sourcing channels used for candidate sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Hiretual, various Job boards, etc.)
Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing team to target and monitor candidate pipeline health.
Identify/escalate issues with Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or other recruitment sourcing tools.
Teach and Coach the sourcing team on how to sell Intel and/or BU-specific employee value proposition in a compelling way to top talent.
Ongoing training and coaching of team on how to provide an excellent candidate experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a long-term relationship with top talent.
Ensure sourcing team performs initial candidate assessments, determine qualification and fit, and present candidate slates to recruiters for a business need or requisition.
Lead the team to utilize multiple strategies including online databases, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists, and networking to proactively source qualified professionals.
Collaborate with Staffing Managers and Recruiters to understand key talent profiles in demand. Build relevant talent pipelines and share external market perspectives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field, with 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Human Resources, or business consultative roles, OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience OR 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years' experience with sourcing tools/channels (e.g., X-ray searches / Boolean searches, LinkedIn) with proven ability to source and generate qualified candidates.
3+ years' direct people management experience
B2+ English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing sourcing strategies to drive diversity initiatives and hard-to-fill requisitions.
Experience developing sourcing strategies utilizing Talent Market Intelligence: supply/demand, competition, trends.
Experience using and influencing the design and architecture of a Customer Relationship Management tool.
Experience working with multinational companies

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
