Reporting to the Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving best practices and strive to be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Support recruiters in all areas of the candidate search assignment
• Conduct an active search and headhunting candidates (uncover great talent!)
• Candidate initial screening and interviewing
• Targeting, attracting, and assessing candidates’ profiles
• Target-list development and market mapping
• To build up, enrich and update the talents data banks
• Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions
• To support consultant in completing the whole recruitment project
• Database maintenance
• Other assignments and tasks as required by the consultants and the company.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of sourcing (recruiting) experience. This means sourcing candidates, interviewing them and placing them into an open vacancy (requisition)
• Needs to have a great, can-do attitude, high energy & positive demeanor
• RPO, in-house, or agency/headhunting.
• Open to an agency candidate, but needs to have experience with good volume within a busy environment.
