The individual will develop and implement data gathering, monitoring, reporting strategies within the recruitment team. Consult and interact with recruitment manager and serve as the onboarding POC.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor, Extract, Create and Analyze recruitment hiring trackers and reports •
• Assist the recruitment manager with dashboard and report generation •
• Responsible for weekly consolidation of reports from sourcing to deployment •
• Onboarding POC

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of data analysis experience
• Creative and adaptive in a dynamic and fast- paced environment
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
• Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
• Good communication skills
• Has background in volume-hiring recruitment
• Can start ASAP
