Job Description

• Responsible for sales management of the team including hiring, training and performance evaluation;
• Manage full spectrum of recruitment services
• Assist the team to recruit insurance professionals and back office crews 
• Responsible for business development and relationship management with candidates;
• Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to improve team's speciality;
• Provide professional consultancy service to both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above; 
• At least 2-3 years relevant team management experience;
• result-oriented and confident in undertaking business development mandate with multi-tasks working environment;
• Possess excellent presentation and communication skills in evaluating and advising candidates at all level in a professional manner;
• Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
