Work Location: Shanghai, China

Recap:

The Recruitment Supervisor/TA Expert will work closely with HR Manager and HRBP to drive all the local and foreign talent acquisition in EyeBuyDirect-Shanghai site, this role needs also support on overseas recruitment and onboarding processes and handle the daily headhunter follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

To translate the strategic HR planning into daily recruitment management;

To align with HR Manager to identify new open/replacement positions;

To work with HRBP to optimize or adjust hiring directions according to business needs;

To confirm the job description files and engage in other recessive hiring key points;

To propose the fit channels for attractive job posting dynamically;

To source passive candidates with cold calls for potential talent pool establishment;

To screen candidates against required skills and company identified competencies via a range of methods;

To tag on candidates with HR specialist for recommendations and synchronize into E-HR system;

To conduct F2F interview in the 1st round;

To present and negotiate job offers to candidates obtaining acceptance;

To provide weekly external talent analysis and recap to line managers;

To monitor paper docs maintenance;

To participate in monthly Essilor Group conf-calls and biweekly job poster.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in human resources, commercial or business related major;

At least 7 years recruitment experience in a sizable multinational organization;

CET-6 or IELTS 7.0 above;

Strong team working ethics;
