To provide quality and timely supports on recruitment package approval process and related administration, and assist in digitalization projects to improve operation efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support function

• Validate recruitment package offers and check application completeness

• Perform data entry and prepare recruitment package agreements / documents related to recruitment package offer

• Handle related enquiries from internal departments and to provide support on ad-hoc task

• Maintain proper documentation and filing to meet business requirements

• Coordinate with counterparties (e.g. ABDD, BA & AR teams, Actuarial & Finance) to ensure accurate system record keeping & bonus payment arrangement

• Assist immediate manager to maintain smooth running of daily operation, and improved qualities of deliverables.

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Process improvement & digitalization

• Participate in system enhancement / digitalization projects for agency recruitment

• Assist immediate manager to streamline workflows/process by providing recommendations to improve job efficiency and accuracy

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Diploma or above

• Minimum 3 years working experience in financial institution, relevant experience in agency registration / contracting area / recruitment function / agency administration, and administrative support to agency channel is preferable

• Experience of handling improvement projects is preferable

Specific Skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attentive to details

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chines

The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
