Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Create/develop our international social media presence e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, enlarging worldwide internet presence of Happy Goal.
• Create reputable, professional company profiles on various ESL recruitment websites
• Discover and develop new ways of reaching our target audiences for recruitment e.g. Western employment websites, LinkedIn groups, Western universities, TEFL certification organizations etc
• Create a foreign teacher mailing list providing essential information about company events, changes in policy, announcements etc in addition to generally improving the efficiency of communication
• Ensure empathetic, professional and timely communication relating to critical areas such as visas, and matters related to salary and bonus
• Monitor employee engagement and create opportunities to elicit valuable feedback from employees.
• Collect accurate, detailed and actionable data on employee turnover (quantitative and qualitative).
• Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours.


Requirement:

• Native English Speaker.
• Bachelor Degree with a major in Education or other relevant field.
• Must possess at least 1-3 years solid teaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be very familiar with Happy Goal’s training curriculum.
• Professional mindset with a pro-active, positive and responsible attitude.
• Proven skills in working design/training.
• Willing to work flexible, irregular hours.
